RHS Badminton & RHS Sandringham - Best Tradestand 2026

It was months in the build up, a lot of mock ups built against the fence in my garden and to be honest, it felt like decorating a room of the house (this was the level of detail I was getting into). 

But, it paid off - I won best Tradestand at RHS Sandringham! I have written an in-depth what I think matters and what I would do differently next time on my instagram, as I have had other small businesses asking for advice.

But overall there were two comments made to me at the show (actually three - the third being said by 100's of people!) that I think actually say it all.

One lady told me on the second to last day at Sandingham that standing amongst my products and my little living room as I called it, 'Felt good for the soul'. And to me that sort of sums it up. You are creating a feeling in a space and that feeling should evoke your brand and your story. My brand and my story is basically me on a plate so that comment made me feel that I had got it right. 

The second comment was from a judge; telling me that I had created was a brand. It wasn't about merchandising loads of products, formulaic (my words), but rather creating a story. The space welcomed people in, and made them want to stay through all the details I had created.

Thirdly, and this is what I heard a lot and always hear a lot - is the fragrance. 'Where is that smell coming from', 'It smells like a spa', etc etc. People always tell me the fragrance draws them in. Which is a great selling point for a fragrance brand. What makes me stand out against other fragrance brands is everything I do is 100% natural with zero compromise, which is why the fragrance is so distinct and pure. There are lots of easier ways and cheaper ways to create fragrances but I truly believe that natural will always be best. 

Anyway, enough yapping, here are some professional photos take by Kate Cullen of my Badminton stand which probably show it all off best! There were a few evolvements from Sandringham but overall it was very similar. 

The next goal is to do Chelsea Flower Show and I can but hope that the award puts Burning Bright forward in the best possible way.
