To be burnt on the Winter Solstice, this woody-herbal scent combines the powerful decongestant properties of black spruce and juniper with herby sage to rid you of negative energy as you enter the new year.

The Scent & Mood: Inspired by the Winter Solstice, when the Holly King surrenders to the Oak King in ancient pagan tradition and trees were cut down with golden scythes, a blessed symbol of life surviving through the long, dark winter. A Yule log, adorned with holly and pinecones, is burned, with its ashes believed to hold medicinal and magical powers. Black spruce, sage, rosemary, frankincense and juniper blend to create a detoxifying, earthy aroma—perfect for burning on the Winter Solstice.Topped with sage, juniper, and a pinecone, sage is a wonder herb with many powerful abilities. Each ceramic bowl is made by hand by varying potters, so the finish and colour may vary. The individuality of each bowl is what makes it unique and so very Burning Bright.

Candle Care: Remove all toppings prior to burning. To get the best performance from your new candle, allow the first burn to last about an hour for an even melt. Make sure to trim the wick to 5mm before each use.
